Bando Shoes offers fast same day shipping on all approved orders if received by 2:00 PM Eastern time. We ship via UPS and the USPS. Most orders will arrive in 1 to 5 business days. We ship Monday through Friday.

You can track your packages, but you must provide an email address to receive a tracking number. The tracking number will be generated at the end of the business day that the item was shipped. Only items shipped UPS or USPS Priority Mail will have a tracking number.

PLEASE PROVIDE A STREET ADDRESS OR A POST OFFICE BOX. DO NOT PROVIDE BOTH. Expedited shipping is only available to a street address. The UPS map below is a guide for expected transit days for items shipped from Bando’s warehouse in Thomasville, GA. Actual transit days may vary, and certain items may be shipped from other locations that will have different numbers of transit days.

Shipping Rates

Shoe shipping prices are set for group purchases by the entire band with a single shipment to the school. Consequently, the shipping rates may appear high for a single pair purchase shipped to a residence.

  • Ground Shipping
    • Orders $0 to $14.99: $5.00 Shipping. Will be shipped by USPS First Class or Priority Mail.
    • Orders $15.00 to $39.99: $10.00 Shipping. Will be shipped by UPS Priority or UPS Ground.
    • Orders $40 to $99.99: $15.00 Shipping. Will be shipped by UPS Priority or UPS Ground.
    • Orders $100.00 to $149.99: $20.00 Shipping.
    • Orders $150.00 to $199.99: $25.00 Shipping.
    • Orders $20.00 or above: FREE SHIPPING.

Returns and Refunds

  • GO GREEN! Don’t use fuel to send items back! Donate or sell them to other members of your band! If you must return an item, Bando Shoes will refund only items returned in New condition. Worn shoes cannot be refunded. If you return worn items, it will be discarded and you will not be issued a refund. We will not ship the worn item back to you. Please make sure to try items on immediately upon receipt. Stand on a clean surface. Soiled and worn shoes will not be issued a refund. NO EXCHANGES. If you need a size different than your initial order you can follow this policy for a refund on the item you return. Place a new order for the item in the size you need.
  • There is a 30 day time limit on all returns. No exceptions. After 30 days refunds will not be given.
  • All Returns must be accompanied by your original order information. Include your order number (not your PayPal receipt number).
  • The customer is responsible for all shipping of returns. After 30 days refunds will not be given.
  • Please note that the customer is responsible for shipping costs of all returns. If the shipment was originally eligible for free shipping and the quantity returned drops the order below that minimum, a restocking fee of $10 will be charged.
